Instead of meat, just a veggie lasagna. For those fasting days ;)

5 potatoes
1 bag Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and anything you like
1 sour cream
2 eggs
1 rox sauce
As desired vegeta, oil, salt...ect.

Priprema

1.

Slice potatoes into thin oval shapes.

Mix them with oil and vegeta, then put in oven tray.

Place the oven tray into the oven at 180 degrees, till brown/gold.

At that time, cook the veggies and make the rox sauce (beshamel). Add salt to all of it as desired.

Mix the eggs and sour cream together. Season as desired again.

Take the tray out. Spread the veggies ontop. Then the eggs and then the rox sauce (or rox sauce and then the eggs). You can even add grated cheese ontop of the beshamel towards the end (not straight away coz it might burn).

Back in the oven till it's done. Serve :)
